Manufactured by DuraWear, ALOTEC technical ceramics are 6 to 10 times more abrasion resistant than other ceramics due to the precision controlled grain size and structure of the material. ALOTEC is available in 92%, 96% and 99% alumina content.
It contains less than 3% silica (glass) content, whereas other ceramics contain 12-20% glass content. Due to the high density and purity of the material, it is far more abrasion and impact resistant than other ceramics. |
